The information you provide will be used to assess the social inclusion in your service. You will be able to access your services's current report along with any previous reports once you are logged in.

By using this site and completing the SInQUE assessment you also agree to the use of the data you provide in studies conducted by members of the SInQUE Study Group. All data used will be anonymous. Neither you nor your service will be identified in any publication.

UCL grants you permission to complete the questions available on this web site so long as you agree to the following terms of use:

Moreover, the information provided on this website may be subject to change.
